This agreement is between Harry Lancaster and you, the founding cohort member ("you", "member"). By ticking "I agree" below and completing payment, you accept the terms below.
1. What's included
As a founding cohort member you get:
- The four-week programme — the hands-on build that takes you from setup to an AI operating system running on its own, as detailed in the four-week outline.
- Two one-on-one 60-minute sessions with me during the cohort.
- Access to the community Singularity Portal.
2. The founding rate
- The founding rate is AUD $1,500, paid in advance.
- This is a founding-member rate held for the first cohort.
- Prices are in Australian dollars. As a sole trader I am not currently registered for GST.
3. Cancellation & refunds
- A refund will only be offered if I am unable to deliver the course content. There are no refunds if you are unable to attend or complete any aspect of the four-week course.
4. Your data and your IP
- What's yours stays yours. Everything you bring or build for your own business — your data, your content, your customer information, the systems you stand up — belongs to you.
- I won't share your business information or anything you tell me in sessions outside the cohort without your say-so.
5. My stack and my IP
- What's mine stays mine. My methodology, templates, prompts, skill drops, agent stack and course materials remain my intellectual property. You get to use them as a member; you don't get to resell, repackage or redistribute them outside your own business.
6. Confidentiality
- The cohort is a small, candid group. What other members share in the community and in sessions stays in the group. Treat it as confidential, and I'll do the same with yours.
7. Human in the loop
- This work involves AI systems that can make mistakes. You stay in control: you review and approve what the systems do in your business. The tools assist your judgement — they don't replace it. You're responsible for what you choose to put live in your own business.
8. No guarantee of a specific outcome
- I'll bring the full system I run every day and work alongside you. But I can't and don't guarantee a specific result, revenue figure, or business outcome. What you get out depends on the work you put in and your own circumstances.
9. First-run honesty
- This is the first cohort. It's high-touch, not high-polish — materials drop as we move through the month. That's the trade for the founding rate, and your honest feedback helps sharpen it.
